“The Agency Register brought to the table a diligent process and valued industry experience. This proved especially helpful in managing a wide range of stakeholders from various business units and functions in the Campbell–Arnott’s organisation.”Cathy Zeppieri, Marketing Director,

What We DoWe provide ‘best practice’ thinking, highly transparent, accountable processes, and adhere to the highest ethical standards so that review/evaluation outcomes are:
To ensure all outcomes are merit based and free of any potential conflict–of–interest each evaluator of the agencies under consideration is required to confidentially submit a Declaration of Interest. |
Pre–ReviewBefore initiating a review, we can formally (or informally) evaluate your existing agency’s overall performance, compliance with the agreed Contract/Terms of Business, and their potential to meet your future needs. This will either result in remedial action being taken and the review aborted, or enable your expectations, required skills, capabilities, experience and so forth of a new agency to be more tightly defined. Additionally, as due diligence before the review process gets fully underway, we can quickly pre–screen, evaluate and thereby reduce a ‘longer’ (to a ‘shorter’) list of agencies against a number of these required areas. Review StagesTo ensure that you start with an objective, level playing field we provide a decision–critical, readily comparable RFI response from each of the ‘candidate’ agencies. The RFI consists of our market proven three page Agency Profile plus several A–4 pages factually and concisely outlining the agency’s ability to meet your specific core requirements. If there is an incumbent agency involved, we recommend that you personally advise them (by now) of your intention to review and, if appropriate, invite them to participate on an ‘equal terms’, ground zero basis. We will typically provide RFI responses from 6–8 agencies for your evaluation and short–listing. To enhance the integrity of the decision–making process, we will prepare the agency scorecards, aggregate and report back on the overall results (note: we perform this role for all of the review stages). We recommend that you aim to short–list only the three, perhaps four, best ‘candidate’ agencies to initially attend a Values & Culture business to business meeting, and subsequently to make a Capabilities Validation presentation. We manage timing and logistics for the various meetings and presentations, developing a schedule that meets agreed timelines and people’s availabilities. The Values & Culture meeting takes place at your office, the Capabilities Validation presentation at the agency’s office. We can assist you and/or partner with procurement personnel in negotiating the Terms of Business/remuneration arrangements (including any performance incentive components) with the preferred agency. To professionally wrap–up the review, we provide a complete de–brief to all of the unsuccessful finalist agencies, on your behalf. Post ReviewOnce the relationship with your new agency is bedded down, we can custom design an ongoing management program to ensure the relationship remains at its optimum level, enabling both parties to derive maximum commercial, operational and intellectual value from its sustainability. We provide this comprehensive relationship management program (online and offline) in association with Navigare, a highly regarded management consultancy with world class, locally proven skills in this specialised area. |
